Relax Hotel was born from the dream of Anna and Domenico, two young people united by love and a shared vision: to create a haven of beauty and hospitality on the shores of Lake Garda.
In the 1960s, when Limone was beginning to reveal its touristic vocation, Anna – originally from Trentino – and Domenico – a true Limone native – joined forces to build not only a hotel but the realization of their dream: a welcoming home inspired by their values of respect for and harmony with the natural environment.
In 1970, nestled in the quiet of a green valley, they laid the foundations for what is now Relax Hotel La Gardenia: an oasis of peace surrounded by citrus trees, olive groves, and flowers.
With dedication and vision, the Montagnoli family has expanded the property over time, giving life to two elegant villas: Villa La Gardenia and the more recent Villa Oleandra.
For over fifty years, the soul of Relax Hotel has been the family itself: Anna, Domenico, and their children Cristina and Gianfranco, together with their families. They all live in the valley, preserving a heritage made of genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and care for every guest.
